Track-Specific Programming
At Fellowship IOP, we recognize that no two recovery journeys are the same. That’s why we offer specialized tracks designed to meet the unique needs, identities, and lived experiences of our clients. Each track includes targeted group therapy, individual counseling, and care coordination tailored to support lasting change.
LGBTQIA+ Track
Location: Minneapolis | Schedule: Daytime Only
Our LGBTQIA+ track provides a safe, affirming, and identity-conscious space for individuals in recovery. This program blends culturally responsive care with evidence-based practices, supporting clients in healing through authenticity, community connection, and resilience. Group and individual sessions are tailored to the lived experiences of LGBTQIA+ clients and facilitated by providers who are trauma-informed and affirming.
High Risk / High Recidivism Track
Location: Minneapolis | Schedule: Daytime Only
This intensive track is designed for individuals with legal involvement, multiple prior treatment episodes, or chronic relapse. With a strong emphasis on accountability, structure, and skill-building, this program is for clients who are ready to break long-standing cycles. Clients engage in honest, targeted therapy and receive comprehensive support to create real-world, sustainable change.
Native American / Alaska Native Family Track
Location: St. Louis Park | Schedule: Daytime Only
Offered through our Family Program, this culturally specific track serves Native American and Alaska Native parents in recovery. Grounded in tradition, community, and healing, the program honors Indigenous values while delivering evidence-based care for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Services include culturally responsive therapy, space for traditional practices, and providers who deeply understand intergenerational strength, identity, and ancestry.
Gender-Specific Tracks
Locations: Men’s Track – Minneapolis Schedule: Daytime Only | Women’s Track – St. Louis Park Schedule: Daytime Only
Our gender-specific tracks offer a focused, supportive environment for clients to explore their recovery in gender-aligned spaces. Programming addresses how gender roles, trauma, relationships, and identity intersect with mental health and substance use. These tracks support deeper connection, emotional safety, and personal empowerment.
Complex Mental Health Track
Locations: Minneapolis (Day & Evening) | St. Louis Park (Daytime Only)
For individuals managing significant co-occurring disorders—including PTSD, mood disorders, severe anxiety or depression, psychosis, or personality disorders—this track offers highly specialized, stabilizing care. Clients benefit from integrated support, community mental health coordination, and evidence-based interventions that go beyond symptom management to support long-term recovery.
Services are delivered by dual-licensed clinicians (or those actively pursuing dual licensure), under supervision by experienced BBHT-approved Treatment Directors.
Medical Cannabis-Friendly Programming
Location: Minneapolis
This harm-reduction-informed track welcomes clients legally enrolled in Minnesota’s medical cannabis program. We respect that for some; medical cannabis is part of their broader treatment plan. Clients receive the same high-quality co-occurring care, with open, judgment-free dialogue and accountability. Programming emphasizes clinical integrity, safety, and respect for individual autonomy in recovery.
