Collaboration and curiosity drive everything we do.
Driven by passion
Founded in 2021 by CEO Margie Pierce, Fellowship Recovery grew from the foundation of Fellowship House, established in 2018, with Fellowship Family Services launching in 2025. Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every stage of growth, we have remained focused on staying true to our values, creating space for thoughtful and lasting work, and building services that genuinely matter to the people and communities we serve.
Fellowship Recovery provides outpatient substance use disorder treatment for adults ages 18–99 at Citadel in Minneapolis and Perspectives in St. Louis Park. Programming includes Day and Evening IOP, Family Programming, LGBTQIA+ services, Women’s IOP, Native American Family programming, Co-Occurring treatment, and CPRS services across ASAM Levels 2.5, 2.1, and 1.0.
For Margie, the leadership team, and all of the Fellowship family, this is more than a business—it is a reflection of what we believe in. Our work is led by a shared commitment to quality, care, respect for the Individual, open communication, collaboration, and fellowship.
At the heart of everything we do is the belief that Together, We Are Stronger.
